Getting started

Begin in Truckin’ Round Garage. Choose a vehicle, then use the driving controls to explore. The map helps you find places around the world. There is no account, currency or purchase needed to unlock anything.

Truckin’ Round works offline on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18 or later.

Steering, driving and looking around

Use the joystick to steer, GO to drive forward, and BRAKE to stop. Continuing to brake after stopping reverses the vehicle. In Pause, choose joystick or tilt steering and pedals or a forward/reverse slider. Release the slider to stop.

Swipe to look around. Double-tap the driving view to switch between the cab and outside. Stop to get out and walk; use Drive when you are ready to return to your vehicle.

Changing vehicles and customizing your ride

Open the vehicle switcher to select a pickup, off-road vehicle, monster truck, bus or race car. Garage lets you change paint, lift, tires and horn. All options are included from the start, including the biggest Absurd tires.

Connecting trailers and visiting campers

Stop close to a compatible trailer and use Hook up when it appears. Ordinary trailers use bumper hitches. Fifth-wheel campers need a compatible pickup or semi; semi freight trailers require the monster semi.

You can walk inside campers and try their beds, kitchens and bathrooms. At the ranch, open the horse-trailer ramp to load up to two horses or cows.

Exploring the town and hotel

Park and walk through building doors. Nearby activities appear as you approach: sit, eat, wash hands, rest or talk to a neighbor. The hotel has suites, a breakfast area, a pool, stairs and an elevator with floors numbered 1–6.

Try the map to find another place to visit. Home returns you to your garage bay when you need a fresh starting point.

Weather, sound and comfort

Pause offers clear weather, storms and tornadoes. Tornadoes can lift and spin your vehicle; choose Clear to bring the ride to a controlled landing. Pause also stops the action.

You can mute sounds and change picture quality in settings. For missing sound, check the game sound setting, device volume and audio output. Tilt steering uses motion on your device only.

Saving your world

Vehicle customization, world state, carried items and settings save locally. Each device has its own save; the game does not synchronize progress between devices.

Do not delete the app to troubleshoot if you want to keep your save. Deleting it removes its local data; offloading may retain it. Apple controls device backups according to your settings. Support does not have an online copy to restore.

Read the privacy policy for details about local saves and support messages.
